  This project is specifically devoted to the study of the important cross-border regions of southwest China with the Southeast Asian countries of Vietnam, Laos, Thailand and Burma, extending beyond into parts of Malaysia and Cambodia and parts of India, Assam etc.

  An ARC discovery project exploring the relationship between legal regulation and customary land tenures in the new Republic of Timor Leste (East Timor).

Past

• Cultural and Environmental Shifts
  This ARC Discovery project 2008-2011 investigated archaeological sites, assemblages and ethnographic data from East Timor in order to document the nature and timing of cultural change over the last 1000 years.
